LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) – A new luxury resort coming to Orlando.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts plans to build a $360 million high-end resort on Walt Disney property. That’s incredible news for Central Florida, according to hospitality expert Larry Stuart.

“To attract a world class hospitality company like Four Seasons, oh my god, it’s incredible,” Stuart said. “It’s been in the works and because the economy has been like a roller coaster I was concerned, ‘Will they ever come?’”

Construction on the 444-room hotel is slated to begin in December. With views of the Magic Kingdom and a lazy river, the project also includes timeshare units.
“It’s going to be a trickle down effect to add more and more and more jobs.”
Just how many? Two-thousand construction workers, and at least 250-300 hotel or hospitality workers including other restaurants and other ancillary services and amenities they provide.
Stuart said the fact that it’s an ultra luxury hotel we’re talking about means the potential for more growth.
This will give other brands in the medium tier and lower tier more confidence to come and also spend money.
